Fivemiletown College and St. Ciaran’s College Ballygawley
Fivemiletown College and St. Ciaran’s College Ballygawley are located thirteen miles apart in Co. Tyrone. They have been partnered since 2016, taking part in SESP from the outset.
Ross, along with his colleague Fiona McGirr are committed and enthusiastic about leading Shared Education in their schools.
Staff, pupils and the wider community have benefitted from a range of teaching and learning experiences through this collaboration and as a partnership they continue to evaluate the needs of both school communities when planning for the future.
Ross has been Shared Education Co-ordinator since 2018. He is also the Youth Tutor and leads the Youth Club within Fivemiletown College. He is extremely committed and invested in the young people he teaches and values the relationships which have been developed since the start of SESP.
