Induction and Early Professional Development
Induction and EPD normally take 3 years to complete (possibly longer depending on your employment circumstances). You will be supported through this process by the Induction and EPD team at the Education Authority.
You will also receive advice, guidance and support from your Teacher Tutor and other colleagues in the school(s) in which you may be working.
